A rare single origin variety known for its use in the World Barista Championships. 

Pacamara is a hybrid between the Pacas variety from El Salvador and Maragogipe from Brazil. This coffee was first grown as a spontaneous mutation in Alfredo Pacas Trujillo's father's garden in El Salvador. It's a rare variety often used in competitions by the world's best baristas for its clarity and depth.

Ola's eco-friendly capsules are constructed from sustainable sugar cane and paper pulp, and have been certified home compostable by TUV Austria and tested to demonstrate degradation within 28 days. The resulting organic matter contains no added chemicals or microplastics.

The oxygen barrier wrap is also 100% plant material, earth friendly and certified home compostable.
